So after fast approaching 50 and realising my weight and body had caught up with my lifestyle I started to feel like I didn’t want to go out and socialise.

After trying many fad diets and bits of exercise and become more fed up with my look I came across Stephen at Sceptre Coaching.

After a very easy first meeting Stephen took the time to establish some realistic goals and was honest with me that work needed to be done.  My goal was 6 months away, my 50th in Mexico, there was no way any bikinis were being packed!!

Stephen designed a unique coaching plan for me to follow, it was easy and manageable around my busy lifestyle.  He sat with me and looked at my diet and organised a calorie controlled plan that made it easy to follow.  I learned what foods contained fats, carbs and sugars and which foods to turn to as an alternative.  Never once did I feel hungry and I probably ate more than I had been doing.

After the first two weeks and keeping a photo diary, it became obvious that my shape was changing.

After the first three months I loved my new shape and started to gain confidence back.

After dropping 10lbs in 3 months it was time to build up strength and muscle where fat had been.

Mexico time arrived and new bikinis were purchased and worn every day.

I really couldn’t have done it without the coaching and support of Stephen.  He pushed me when I didn’t feel like going to the gym.  He guided me away from the dangerous foods and was there for me whenever I needed advice.  

I now know how to maintain my weight and fitness and will be ever thankful to Stephen and Sceptre Coaching.
